Abstract
Competition agency performance and effectiveness require priorities to be set and
efficient allocation of the agency’s scarce resources in order for the agency to meet its mandate and maximize the impact of its actions. The main objective of this report is to review how priority setting and resource allocation can be used as tools to enhance agency performance and effectiveness.
