Transnational networks of public administrations and their impact on the national legal order (based on the example of the network of competition authorities)

The research data was collected as part of a National Science Center project: “Transnational networks of public administrations and their impact on the national legal order (based on the example of the network of competition authorities)” (2019-2022) and a grant released in the project “Excellence in Legal Research. Promoting Polish achievements in the area of legal sciences abroad” (2019-2023).

Documents, mentioned by Prof. Mateusz Błachucki in his monograph International Cooperation, Competition Authorities and Transnational Networks (Routledge 2023) was made available to the interested public in repository e-Biblioteka Prawnicza(https://e-bp.inp.pan.pl/handle/123456789/242) even after completion of the corresponding research project. The research project wa defined so simply, but such an undertaking is only possible with the help of a comprehensive archive (see above) and a good methodology.

This aspect of the availability of research data is pointed out by Jacob Kornbeck in his review of the aforementioned monograph (‘Österreichische Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht’ 2024, no. 4, p. 157). He emphasises that the author has a ‘gift’ for both dogmatic and empirical work, which allows him to successfully combine knowledge and perspectives from law and the social sciences, resulting in the presented monograph.
